I had a long chat with Alan Beech last Friday, he said lots of other photos were taken at Orford & he hopes they will be uploaded- Somewhere 😡.
Also, he has NOT given up on getting permission to get more power on 648 - There is more Solar cell work to do at Orford as well. The "Omni" needed some maintenance, it had none for quite a few years, but nothing desperate thankfully. We discussed the Audio improvements made & the problems with "Some" remote studios 😡 (too much compressing in the audio chain)
But it's overall, "Onwards & upwards" As Kevin Davis would say 😡
All were amazed by the generosity shown, during the August fund raiser.
Yes Rod, I too find Facebook frustrating, too - but I have no fears of being a member.
Some have even stopped using this forum, because of "cookies".
I hate the silly names people use on Facebook to hide their identity, though it can be handy to have two identities - in my case FA & BM 😡 - in case you get banned!
Now you know MY silly secrets 😡.
