LOL There are probably 3 levels of resistance to Ground-wave MW signals.
1 lowest = salt water.
2 medium = Wet earth
3 High = Dry or arid earth.

Of course, with the sea, is it the salt water carrying the signal, or is it the wet sea bed beneath the water? 😡😞
