Gosh, the convoluted ways to start a radio station. All the hoops, a name ‘Caroline Island’ Tracey Island might have been more appropriate for such a fantastical project. Monthly tenders, remote control refuelling arms ‘it wasn’t cheap’ you betcha.
Shame it didn’t happen.
