IMIB was a PLC - public company, with all the usual checks & balances in place After I left, they then spent 4 years 'testing" the CFA - all without a single engineer or any radio expertise! The accounts show they dribbled away another £400k (according to the accounts) but we have no idea how.
The CFA DID work, at 10 -100kW; Dr K demonstrated it well, to me, our Chief Engineer Derrick Connolly, and engineers of Marconi and the then DTI. But he used some illusionist trickery and his theory didn't stack up. The lawyers and a judge say he held IMIB (& others) to ransom. Others will say it cant work as they don't understand it. Some even tried to replicate it with a 45 gallon oil drum, which misses the whole point of how the two waves are used to create photons, which fly off as the radio wave. Two Scottish universities were involved in the original research and those who were there agree it works.
