I only came on here to add my pieces of evidence to the subject. Yes, I was not at sea. No, I don't know the true stories of those days. BUT, I have been involved with Caroline for close to 20 years now.And this is about Ronan's relationship with the landbased Caroline setup.

The claim is that Ronan had his Radio Caroline station stolen from him by evil Peter Moore sometime after it came into Dover.

My evidence suggests otherwise. Chris Edwards was at the meeting on the Galexy and agrees that my version is in line with what he witnessed.

I along with others took calls from Ronan on several occasions at the Maidstone studios.

Other people confirm that Ronan attended the Caroline party in Rochester in the early 2000s and stayed for a number of hours.

Add to that the fact that the landbased Caroline set up has existed in a similar form for close to 20 years since the first Astra programmes on satellite. Plus the fact that long term Caroline veterans such as Johnny Lewis, Nigel Harris have been involved on air in the landbased setup for all that time and Caroline Offshore presenters from all across its decades at sea from Tony Allen to Roger Day, from Steve Conway to Roger Mathews, from Martin Fisher to Bob Lawrence, from Peter Phillips to Dave Foster from Kevin Turner to Steve Silby, from Ray Clark to Steve Masters and from Dave Richards to Brian Martin have done 1,000s of hours of airtime on the landbased setup,and surely a reasonable person would conclude that a single solitary ex Caroline presenter shouting " it is a fraud and a fake" should be laughed out of court.
