Well DAB+ standard radios have been around for a while now, so only early adopters will have been caught out, and even some of those sets could be upgraded.

As for "only urban areas", so what? that is most of the population. Those of us in the cities don't normally have the space for long wire aerials for MW, so Caroline on DAB+ is very useful.
