I thought the White ones might be Gas, you can see pipes connecting them together, in a really strong welded box section frame
Would not be fresh water, as it don't need pressure vessels, must have been some sort as gas as you say
and why are they "laying down" flat, not upright as the mauve tinted other cylinders are ?

Do you remember this, from Rowan and Martins Laugh-in, was on the Newly started TV station BBC2
I had a 405 line TV, converted it to run at 625 line, using a Valve UHF tuner PC88 amp PC86 osc
(amazing things you remember doing years ago)
