Instead of the vertical section, connecting to the Middle, of the Capacity hat horizontal part, It connected to One End of it,
enabling it to get nearer to resonance, with less lossy Loading coil needed at the feedpoint
Not a "T". It was basically an inverted "L" antenna. The only real advantage to making it as a figure of 7 is that it gives you a bit more vertical.
