White cylinders are probably balloon gas which is a mix of helium and air. While pure helium is lighter, so potentially better at lifting, balloons are made of a porus material which leaks, so they mix it with air so as to stay aloft longer. Oddly, the balloon gas I got for a balloon aerial years ago was in a brown cylinder. The project I was working on, literally never got off the ground
The colour in the pic is a bit off but I guess the other cylinders were acetylene. Paul A will know.
