I’m really not bothered what service goes out on 648 AM not bothered whether it is The Album service or flashback.
What I would like to see is Caroline’s album service being on DAB in the south of England.
It’s on in Kent and North London, if they can only afford ssDAB then it would be good if they could get them on in Essex/East London, south London and in the Suffolk areas. The AM is irritating to listen to and impossible to enjoy in the car with the electrical interference these days. The quality is much better via DAB and even better by internet but a bit fiddly to get it to work on short journeys.
Much prefer the album service.
