Since Radio Caroline is partially supported by listener donations and subscriptions, it is safe to say you would want to look after the core base.

I am not a fan of AM broadcasting these days, but was keen in my youth and have a certain nostalgic affection for Radio Caroline having listened most of my life, plus would like to see the preservation of the ship having visited a number of times both in International waters and its various inland anchorages
There are still many old AM anorak DX's around who may not like the programming but may be interested in the conservation work with the ship for it to be financially beneficial. Especially getting a better signal out before the annual fundraiser. You may snare a very rich nostalgic anorak Philanthropist.

On saying that I do hope the station continues to expand the DAB offering, including getting on the four new London based ssDAB's if the larger muxes still prove prohibitively expensive.
Looking forward to the fund raiser weekend and I do enjoy the album service, a great alternative to my other preferred music stations Sunshine Radio and Mi Soul.
