I wonder it's not only for the reliability of the audio feed but also the audio quality of that feed. I thought it was a very low bitrate stream to Orfordness I wonder what the bitrate quality to the transmitter is now? I think this also good for the overall sound on 648 with the Optimod in place to get better quality out of it.
