Peter i am aware of the mirror image proposal you refer to, although I would be very happy to hear more about your understanding of it and how you see it relating to our proposal and Radio Caroline?.

Please do take the time you need to put together your questions. I welcome reasonable and legitimate questions and will do my best to answer them openly and constructively. Some may have to remain private until i can say more.

A offer has been made for the ship and what i can say its lower than the asking price by a large amount.
