My experience of being involved with radio for over 30 years, Is.... It has lots of Strange people
It seems to have, more than it's fair share, of not just Lonely Listeners, but Also cranky ones
(Clint Eastwood film, Play Misty for me, etc) and some listeners, are obsessive towards a station

Some presenters are Walter Mitty type, one of these, went into a Car dealer, Lied, convinced them,
that he was connected to a Community station, and they let him have a Car for the station
A few years Later, same chap went to the USA and tried to Con. someone out there, and last we saw
of him, was a picture on line, of him being led away in Handcuffs

Its this strange 'daydreaming' type of person, that make up stories, or exaggerate their achievments
I worked with a chap, who said his son was a Pilot...so people would imagine am Airliner 747 etc
In reality, we found he was Flying a cargo plane, delivering the mail

Nice to see, you are using Radio Structures for Orford, NOT the bodger that was used a few years back
I have personal knowledge of him, He, like a lot of consultants, have the gift of the gab, and when
it comes to actually doing the work, have limited knowledge and experience, and screw the job up
We have yet Another "Con-sultant" locally, and he is just as bad, out to just rip stations off
