Hi Rod. I went out with Albert in the summer of 79. I saw that they were using the 10Kw sender though it was getting out quite well I'd heard it quite well in the Northern suburbs of Paris on a trip with the college. All the record sleeves were crinkly where the water had got in the previous winter when the ship nearly sunk.

What I meant in my previous post re the Micky Mouse mast was whether the 40' lattice part of it stood on insulators fed at the base like the subsequent poorly guyed short lived triangular mast. This triangular mast ended up being shunt fed after cracks appeared in the insultors. This mast was used by Radio Atlantis on board the Mi- Amigo prior to them jumping ship to The Jeanine.
