I remember going down to Benfleet, to visit Buster and Penelope, both no longer with us.
Buster told me, about when he was visited by officials, regarding helping the station
he said they were very aggressive, and grabbed his address book, and copied details from it

He even printed an article from me, on how to build a Frame Aerial, I had lots of people
contact me for a diagram, no internet or printers in them days, so lots of photocopies done

Thinking about printers, when I worked at KCBC, we could not suss out, why the Photocopier
needed it's rollers cleaning so often, then we found that Howard Rose (Jay Jackson)
was doing the Entire Print run, of "The Radio Magazine" on the stations Photocopier

I met Howard Rose by pure chance, I was Installing extension Telephone wiring in a house,
and I had to move a cardboard box out of the way, that was full of "The Radio Magazine"
I asked the House owner, and he said, my daughter staples them together for Howard Rose

I wrote the phone number down, and rang him, I thought, I know that voice, so I said
"Are you Jay Jackson" Yes, he said, Asking me about starting a Pirate Station in Kettering
