maybe its not a skybox you have so will need a retune or something.... skybboxes tend to follow changes automatically..

another question. are sky q boxes using same sat and freqs as the old black hd box???? A couple of times I have tried the older black hd box and it wont work on a so called working dish. and vice versa. I really need to substitute on our sky q dish and try. Different LNB???
