the power SHOULD be enough, it was only the despicable contract that required payment for work not done and extra for scrapping it as well as for the work needed to fit cats that at the time were not working propperly that prevented them being fitted with cats,
i would sadly , perhaps suggest getting CHINA to do the work, quicker cheaper and probably better!
