I do agree we need MORE than gun restrictions. we need to address the people problem too. it's a whole set of issues, including mental health, and smart gun laws, and better dealing with warnings. Message Thread I read an inspiring message today. A way to discuss an emotional subject in a less divisive way.... - Joan 2/18/2018, 10:03 pm "Responsible Gun Ownership"! What a concept! - Tania 2/21/2018, 9:55 am only Issue I have is the term "assault weapon"...... - DW 2/22/2018, 4:11 am you make some good points, but in addition to what you list, if these kids could not - joan 2/22/2018, 8:00 pm Well I respectfully disagree. Not weapons that shoot rounds automatically are used to hunt anything - KAD 2/25/2018, 9:24 am Yes arming teachers is a really bad idea. How many of them can pass "Shoot-Don't-Shoot" training? - joan 2/25/2018, 9:57 am there was a great comment I heard. We make our kids at 16 take a test to get a drivers license but - KAD 2/26/2018, 6:26 am AR-15 ARE NOT AUTOMATIC WEAPONS.... - Dakota Winds 2/25/2018, 10:32 pm AGREE but it is not a HUNTING RIFLE. It was desigend for the military....see inside.. - KAD 2/26/2018, 7:20 am Kathy is correct. and NO MATTER WHAT YOU CALL THEM, they are not designed for hunting or for - joan 2/26/2018, 9:47 am I am going to copy that Joan. It is very well written. I saw a man - Janice 2/26/2018, 11:04 am OMG. the whole idea that an innocent child could be shot should horrify anyone. AND the SWAT guys - joan 2/26/2018, 6:45 pm if swat on scene then I would guess the teachers would put - DW 2/28/2018, 4:47 pm at least car drivers are restricted and licensed. and they aren't driving - joan 3/3/2018, 6:04 pm « Back to index
