I always thought 549 was a bit close for comfort to 567 although RTE likely had stopped caring at that point.


The media liked to portray the 567/252 listenership as a handful of expat pensioners in England forgetting that in a sizeable chunk of Northern Ireland it was the only way to hear RTE.
