In the past I know Geoff Hutton has also agreed with this

If there had been no broadcasting act

and offshore radio Caroline had carried on broadcasting until 1991-1999

1999-2025.

I would have carried on listening.

But never have done that with this landbased radio Caroline.

Why do you think that is.

Because it's a totally new ball game miles out at sea from international waters from the north sea

the atmosphere and style of presentation the music the wonderful offshore radio signal out there with seagulls away from it all
