I was a late adopter but now I only listen to streaming radio in my car and that's pretty much the only place i do ever listen to radio now. There are far less dead spots than with DAB or FM. I don't count AM as I never use it these days and there are only about five stations in any one area on it now. As a lifelong fan of RF radio I must almost reluctantly say I agree with Neil. In a way, if your listening to streaming while mobile like in your car you are still using RF but over the cell phone networks. It basically means that they provide near universal signal coverage so the broadcasters don't have to. It's a no brainer.
