Apparently, Etsy must work like Ebay where the seller can come and go as far as posting sales..
I was told by Etsy that Hoang Anh Khoi's shop was no longer available, so, they suggested that I ask for a refund or a replacement
of my order. I wanted to know what happened to my original order.
Of course the time difference created another hurdle for communication between Khoi and myself.
