Hoang An Khoi has also exited Etsy.

I had a beautiful white dress ordered from Him on Etsy which I ordered in February and Etsy kept requesting a review of my purchase which was due to arrive last week.
The upshot was that the Hoang An Khoi Shop is no longer available on Etsy, so, Etsy refunded my purchase money today.

Of, course no explanation as to why Hoang An Khoi is gone from
their platform.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR ME!!

I know there is a time limit on items purchased thru Etsy

I had a commission for an item from the Ukraine, and the seller had problems getting it done, due to materials and the war there. Etsy kept asking if there was a problem/why I had not given feedback. I had not received it; I was happy under the circumstances to wait. It all started when I was just checking to see, when it would be shipped, so I could watch for it. Etsy watches every order and it is difficult if there is a long delay. I only had one problem, in the many years of dealing with Etsy and they worked it out (a seller took the money and took over a month to send the item. I think she sold it and was trying to make another.

I received a message from Hoang Anh Khoi stating that he

has been overwhelmed with orders and that my order was being shipped next week. He was sorry for the delay but He could only
do one order at a time.
Very understandable, however, Etsy reversed my order and cannot
reinstate my payment once it has been reimbursed to me.
They also said I can keep the item and the refund and I do not owe the seller anything. They suggested I deal with the seller direct & work out a payment perhaps by PayPal.
I no longer use PayPal because of a scam resulted against me when I
tried to open my account to check my balance.

I am still working with Hoang Anh Khoi to get his payment

to him.
Apparently, Etsy must work like Ebay where the seller can come and go as far as posting sales..
I was told by Etsy that Hoang Anh Khoi's shop was no longer available, so, they suggested that I ask for a refund or a replacement
of my order. I wanted to know what happened to my original order.
Of course the time difference created another hurdle for communication between Khoi and myself.
ONE BIG MESS!
I stand corrected as to Hoang Anh Khoi's sales
page on Etsy.

That's Hoang Anh Khoi. I mispelled it.
