has been overwhelmed with orders and that my order was being shipped next week. He was sorry for the delay but He could only
do one order at a time.
Very understandable, however, Etsy reversed my order and cannot
reinstate my payment once it has been reimbursed to me.
They also said I can keep the item and the refund and I do not owe the seller anything. They suggested I deal with the seller direct & work out a payment perhaps by PayPal.
I no longer use PayPal because of a scam resulted against me when I
tried to open my account to check my balance.
