The most useful things, are the over-the-door pulley device - & an electric shoulder Massager - though my Lady friend will be staying with me for a few days, no doubt she will take over that duty
Some of the potions help a bit - Dr's just suggest Pain Killers - typical of them - Paracetamol is their answer for most things! - When I'm out for a walk, my arms are more like a solders !
It's now really just my left arm that's a pain - right much better.
