Arctic, you're not doing your credibility any good if you expect people to believe that you have any chance of putting a transmitter of that power on air given that you have struggled so far with the low power you have.
It's a completely different ball game in every respect, and that's assuming you can ever afford the transmitter and transportation of it to Finland.
