Do you have (or aware of) the business plan of how Caroline or Atlanta operated in the 1960s via offshore companies and interlinked companies? Chris Carey must have known about it on the return in September 1972, and also Robbie Dale when they set up Sunshine Radio in Dublin in the 1980's. Someone has knowledge of this document, but who?
