This is even worse than the usual 'sweeping statements' and bears no resemblance to the facts.
Only 27% of listening is online, about a third more is DAB and another 30% is 'analogue - i.e. AM and FM.
Of the "online " sector, that 27% is broken down to about ⅔ using Apps, and the rest tuning in using 'other techniques', such as silly listening online - without a station App.

i.e. NOT all online at all, and NOT all apps, as was claimed.
