There is a DAB network here which has some small local stations plus some commercial national stations plus commercial local radio. Nation broadcasting had Caroline in the list given to Ofcom, but when broadcasts started Caroline was not on the network, later Nation Broadcasting sold the network to the owners of Island FM and Channel 103.These are the facts as I am aware atm.,I live in the Channel Islands.
