Any length of wire can be made to transmit on any frequency. It becomes a matter of efficiency. 10M at 252 khz... The efficiency will be down in the fractions of 1%. The other thing is that the voltage on the antenna will be extremely high. Not sure about arctic net... more like arc-over net. Still, - 100% for effort, at least somebody is trying
