FRED is better than cunard, no class distinction, we did Bollette 2 months ago from Liverpool, service etc is FRED standard despite less staff every time we cruise! i was severely restricted by my health but by careful cabin choice coped, only slight problem i found was meals, other than MDR EVENINGS, the rooms filled up and there were queues at the doors,
