Without searching through my usual reference book, my recollection is that generally the port side camouflage was not a mirror image of starboard (and v.v.). This doesn't really solve your problem.

I must admit that, in the days when I was doing a lot of modelling, if there were doubts, or the scheme was too complex, I would just do an overall mid grey, which was an 'alternative' scheme anyway, although in this case, when dealing with one particular ship this isn't really feasible. I'd be tempted to replicate the port on starboard, and see if the buyers complain ... Umm, Umm ...
