The picture of HMS Exeter dates 28th July 1982. According to historicalrfa.org on 22nd July 1982 RFA Tidespring secured to the Gosport Oil Fuel Jetty.
Same website makes no mention of RFA Tidepool returning home noting that her planned transfer to Chile was completed in August.
So I guess it's RFA Tidespring
