Given where you live you might have been familiar with the book shop in Toronto that advertised it itself as 'the world's largest'. I went there in 1995 and bought several books.

When I went back in 2005 (or was it 2003?? ) it was gone. The hotel staff told me that the Internet had killed it.

Meanwhile in London - has the Motorbooks shop just off Leicester Squ (Cecil Ct?) still with us or has that gone too?
