Modernist trash, Faz! “The meaning of just about everyone of those dreadful dot points, is contested by Christians and, in some cases, within the Catholic Church. There is, for example, no easy equivalence between the words of scripture and the concept we understand by a term 'homosexual'. Christians can have differences of opinion about what the scripture, written a long time ago, in a different culture, means for us.”
We’re not interested in the views of “Christians” here, Faz. Anyone can call themselves “Christian”, just as anyone can call themselves “Catholic” regardless of how their views relate to true Catholicism. The site is called True Catholic. “Christians” do have differences of opinions about what various passages of Scripture mean, but they cannot all be right. It makes no difference how long ago it was written except to those trying to rationalize their way around what makes them uncomfortable. This Wikipedia article is one such attempt, but it does not satisfactorily refute the passages of Scripture it quotes from Leviticus Chapters 18 and 20, along with the obscenities of Sodom and Gomorrah.
