Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction o things not seen.

Our relationship with Our Father develops, and flourishes when we of our free will elect to sacrifice our self interest, in favour of serving The Father's plan for our life. Our opinion ceases to have any relevance when through experience living at one with The Father we learn to trust in His guidance in all matters.

John 15:15

I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends , for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

The Saviour invites us into a loving friendship with Him that we in our turn may come to love Him, and as a result place our life into His care.

If Christ Jesus dwells in a man as his friend and noble leader, that man can endure all things, for Christ helps and strengthens us and never abandons us. He is a true friend . ~ Saint Teresa of Avila
