just shoddy storytelling. They build up the whole "creation will help us restore what we've lost" theme over the whole season, and then in the finale...we see some Dior dresses and that's about it? Can't we see some hope kindled? (And nonstop lol at Malkovich's accent, I'm sorry to say. But then the whole concept is cursed: "Well, we can't have French characters speaking French, so how about speaking English with French accents! Except the Nazis who will speak English with a German accent...") I liked Maisie Williams. And of course the cinematography and art design were well done. They just didn't have a good story.
