Another weird question. I have always watched auctions of things I already have, just to see what>>>

they might go for. Watching several right now on older FM stuff and getting inundated with offers. I am sending nice messages to the sellers letting them know I am only watching and why. I just think that's the right thing to do, just how I am. But one of them was not pleased to get the message, set them off and I do not know why. Am I just being stupid sending messages like this? Should I just ignore the offers and not say anything? Am I being 'too nice'? Which I have been accused of being many times. Life is hard sometimes. I'm not trying to make it harder.
