I had a commission for an item from the Ukraine, and the seller had problems getting it done, due to materials and the war there. Etsy kept asking if there was a problem/why I had not given feedback. I had not received it; I was happy under the circumstances to wait. It all started when I was just checking to see, when it would be shipped, so I could watch for it. Etsy watches every order and it is difficult if there is a long delay. I only had one problem, in the many years of dealing with Etsy and they worked it out (a seller took the money and took over a month to send the item. I think she sold it and was trying to make another.
