and cons. JamieShow are definitely my favorites, followed by AD Genes, then the ones that usually have a mirrored base from amazon.
I do not like kaiser stands (waist stands)
And I loathe (sorry RT) all stands, particularly Tonner and some of the newer high-end resin doll stands, that do not screw into the base somehow.
I have been bonked in the foot so durn many times, way beyond counting. Plus lost shoes, and forget getting the perfect pose and trying to move the doll.
I prefer the telescoping stands that have a method of 'fixing' the stand to the exact height you need based on the heel of the shoes the doll is wearing.
And OMG, those older Tonner stands that went up the butt with the hole in the pantyhose!!! yuck.
I get how some might prefer a stand that separates to be better able to get up a tight skirt, but I've never really had a problem with that, just takes a bit of time and being careful for me.
Beats getting bonked in the foot with the base or having to crawl under furniture when one escapes and hides from you
