  As the tag says, we were given these little hats at a convention in 2003 ... I'm guessing that was the year as that's what it says on the little hat tag. The only thing we were told is that it was a surprise and if we brought it to the next convention, we'd understand. Well, nope. Nothing appeared that I ever saw, and I don't think it was mentioned again. Does anyone know what this was supposed to be? I assume it was a mistake at some level, but I came across it in Barbie clothes where I'd finally put it. Please, solve the mystery for me!!
