to pick up PCB's and parts to assemble at their homes. Hand PCB assembly in 50 plus amounts, is a time consuming thing,
women seem to have more patience than men, so they had like a cottage industry assembling boards
Nowadays even firms like Sonifex, who used the same firm in Towcester, now get their blank PCB's done in China
but at least they have automatic pick and place assembly machiens, essential for surface mount nowadays
I managed to post the same thing twice above, was due to me screwing up, as boardhost was very slow that day
To get back on topic, the location of Any TX Site is not just affected by techy factors, for Instance a good while back
I posted on here, that the FM Caroline community station Site was not ideal, Peter M came back to me, pointing out
that the site was Not costing him anything, So as this shows, the best Compromise site, may well be the best Long term
Especially with SSDAB "Customers" to go on a multiplex... Keeping Them on Long term seems the problem
when their bank account is still going down, they come off, leaving the Community station, that set the site up, only one on it
