That transmitter fell silent several years ago when it lost it's mains power due to nearby redevelopment work and nobody bothered to do anything about restoring it. It's been off the air for around six years so the licence must have been surrendered long ago. It's doubtful the other Premier radio AM transmitters will stay on for much longer as fairly low power on AM in a city is a bit of a lost cause these days with massive electrical noise interference and they are on DAB and online.
