Is this the most forgotten and obscure licenced radio station in the UK?

Viva 963AM was a "radio station for women" that launched in mid 1995 and lasted about 6 months, Only a few promo photos and archived newspaper clippings about it are online, No actual recordings of the station are on the internet.
