I remember quite a lot of TV coverage around its launch and later analysis in the usual shows on Channel 4, etc. Viva's main problem was that it self-billed as a "Wimmin" station, dealing and delighting in the usual "issues" that fusspots like to dwell over, but 99% of the population couldn't give a monkeys about. Which is why it failed, miserably.
PR guru Lynne Franks was the main man in the team; the rest were mostly the usual gang who I think Absoluitely Fabulous tried to parody.
