I bet a lot of posters on here, including myself are not youngsters !
so many things, they don't tell you about getting old, like, Nose bleed, dizzyness, pollen allergy, blood pressure, high cholesterol etc

Internet savvy people are OK, as they know how to link up online with the NHS services...
but, if your an OAP, that knows nothing about computers, you are basically...stuffed

Recently talking to an OAP (older than me) he said, he went into his local doctors GP building, said "can I have an appointment?"
receptionist said "you've got to ring up" so he sat down, got his mobile phone out, and rang them, and the very SAME receptionist
answered the phone, just across the room from him......You couldn't make it up, it's a joke, phone system also used to fob you off etc

What many people don't know, is that a GP Practice is NOT NHS, they are doing work On Behalf of the NHS
They are a Private firm, bit like a franchise, Like Mcdonalds is, but a GP practice, can do private work as well as NHS work
They get paid for Each person registered with them, and then they get EXTRA £ for Flu and Covid jabs they give

For lots of people, Its not a Great Britain, but a Broken Britain
