Firstly I am sorry to hear Mike Simmonds has had what he had. I know I poke fun at 390 but you know. So you keep on going Mike

Secondly Lauren Laverne Who is really too young for me to have a crush on but has that American style of presentation I go for has not been well either

So as I obviously can't say it "over there" and Mike might hear of it from here and Lauren probably to be fair won't read it anywhere
