I only recently was given a mint condition one of these radio's. Mine has a black case with a silver speaker grill. The tuning is a bit strange as it feels like it has a quite aggressive automatic frequency control on AM and FM bands. As you tune through it jumps onto stations and it's not possible to tune just to the side as it seems to pull onto the centre of any strong signal. I guess this behaviour suits casual users but isn't ideal for DXing. It could have DSP as it's similar but more noticeable than another radio I have which definitely does have DSP noise reduction, at least on AM.
