Jim,I will not go into a debate about this. In the 90's, tv engineers fixed sets by replacing boards, NOT A GENUINE REPAIR-they just sent faulty boards to the manufacturers appointed agent, and mostly they were written off. It is virtually impossible to repair any custom build boards with micro components in this day and age. That why you have NO tv/radio repair shops almost everywhere in the UK, for current models. In a business sense, the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the TX, and there is no guarantee of further failures. Sadly the Harris DX25U appears to be a pig in a poke, and should be written off. We are now back to the reliable original days, with the Nautel.Scottg.
